Sam was exceptionally amazing! She went above and beyond and gets the trophy for providing the best customer service ever!!! We had a bit of a challenging experience with Sentinel prior to meeting Sam. I’d say before even knowing about our experience she was at par with her level of professionalism and kindness because from the time I spoke to her on the phone she was very friendly and easy to speak with. It’s hard to receive customer service that where there is a level of accountability and empathy during this time of year and Sam delivered! She was very clear in explaining the contract and also went above and beyond in providing us with an overall wonderful experience! Looking at previous reviews it looks like Sam is always customer focused and kind to everyone she helps. This woman deserves a raise/promotion. I hope Sentinel recognizes what a shining star Sam is! She’s overall fun and easy to speak with and understands how to treat people with care and understanding. Thank you Sam! On another note, the storage locker was super clean and everyone gets acknowledged from the time they walk through the doors. Wishing your company lots of success in 2026 and Sam as well!

Great location just off Barnet highway. The drive up storage unit was very convenient, clean, and easy to access. Another added plus was being right by the U-Haul rental center next door. Was great to work with the assistant manager, Soheil, very friendly and helped get me a great deal on my storage unit. I’d come back here for my future storage needs.

Both Alex and Sam were amazing and provided excellent support. This was my first time using storage space, and they explained the process very well and helped with both the move-in and move-out instructions. The storage space itself is secure, clean and well-managed. I also benefited from their 4-week free storage promo, which was a great bonus. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Sentinel, which is especially valuable during a stressful time like moving. Thank you!

Ordered a unit online and received a call from Meghan within the hour, even though it was a weekend day. She helped me set up the storage unit rental over the phone. On Monday Alex welcomed us at the facility and immediately made us feel welcome. We completed the necessary paperwork, and he then gave us a tour of the facility and showed us how to access our unit. A very professional and friendly team. We used the unit during the summer to store and access our Kayaks and SUP for.use on the lake. Also did some reorganization and declutterring and the unit worked well for sorting some stuff. Sam assisted me with closing the account and the move out formalities. She was very professional and friendly.
