Our experience with Pockit Self Storage has been outstanding since we began our search for a storage unit earlier this year. Initially undecided between Pockit and another provider, Pockit matched the competitor's price, sweetening the deal with a first month's rent of just $1.00. Although they don't offer senior discounts, this gesture effectively reduced our costs. Additionally, we benefited from a complimentary first use of their moving van, paying only for the gas—a convenience extended with a discounted rate on our second use. Every interaction, whether for assistance or inquiries, has been met with exceptional service. The staff, particularly our key contact and the other friendly team members we've encountered, consistently go above and beyond in support. The inclusion of moving resources and attentive customer care has greatly enhanced our experience. We're thoroughly pleased with the value and service provided, from securing the unit to utilizing the facilities. Pockit Self Storage has exceeded our expectations, proving to be a reliable and accommodating choice for our storage needs to date, (we haven't even been there for a month yet!).

I have a storage locker here for a club I volunteer for . I have to say it’s defiantly the biggest bonus it’s 24 hour access as our event goes over a weekend and I’m not able to drop off the club show stuff until later Sunday evening . It’s in a highly secure facility which as a woman I appreciate especially at night when I do my drop off of my stuff . It has automatic lights come on when you make your way to your locker which is also great . 24 hour cameras make it extra safe !

Friendly staff, conveniently located and clean facilities! They offer great deals and specials, and I love that they provide moving carts. Poor weather is not an issue because the leading area is all under cover. Nicely done, Pockit Self Storage.
