I am very happy with my experience of storing my belongings at Pockit self storage. It is kept clean and staff are very accommodating. They also keep an eye on our units to ensure we left it secured after we have gone to our unit. One time I apparently didn't lock the unit properly and was notified. Very happy.

Pockit Self Storage is always clean inside and outside on the grounds. The staff are friendly, and some have remembered my name when I see them infrequently. They return phone calls promptly, and send out reminders when needed for various items. I would recommend using this facility if you need to store your goods short term or long term.

My experience with Pockit has been wonderful. They were so accommodating in helping to get everything arranged for my unit in advance, so that I could start accessing my unit on a statutory holiday while the office was closed. The facilities are clean and secure, and the provided dollies made moving items easy. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with Pockit Self Storage, modern enough facility, secured, staff are informative ,attentive, not intruding but alert enough to see all activities in & out of the premise. Clean washrooms. We have been here on quite a few occasions & saw no issues. Price is reasonable. Jules

Other than the fact that every time I go there, there's a vehicle blocking my unit and I have to ask them to move for ask the desk to find them for me to move... the staff are nice. There should also be amenities on hand for deliveries such as a transition for the drive up units to use since there is a 1 inch or so rise from the parking lot.
