We received excellent advice and recommendations when we rented our locker. Not only polite but very friendly staff! The building is spotless with lots of loading equipment very handy at the door, the halls are brightly lit and spotless and the washroom facility is clean and handy. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

Recently, I found it necessary to rent a storage unit. Upon checking into different ones, Pockit Self Storage was my choice. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the units clean, with elevators and washrooms available. The price is reasonable . The location has good access and. I'm very satisfied with Pockit Self Storage and highly recommend it to my acquaintances.

In a word... phenomenal!! Clean, bright, heated, secure and really convenient! Great on-site staff who are friendly and knowledgeable - 7 days a week!! Secure access via individual code, each unit is alarmed and secured with your own lock (if you don't already have one, they sell them). Access to the building and also your floor only with code, I feel confident my belongings are safe. Facilities are well maintained!! Elevators are large! PLUS free use of a large truck to move your belongings in! Superb!!

So far my experience has been great! Only had my storage for about a month and the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to. They let me see the storage unit before buying as I reserved it online. The storage facility had been easy to access and we got the unit for I would say the best price based off the surrounding storage units as we got a 50% offer for 3 months! Which is just under how long we need the storage unit for. Would highly recommend to others needing storage units especially if you are only needing a unit for a few months!

It’s always clean, always accessible unless you go too early in the morning like I did one day but I didn’t know the main gate had specific hours. Which is actually a good thing. Very helpful people there and I trust my stuff is safe.
