Other than the fact that every time I go there, there's a vehicle blocking my unit and I have to ask them to move for ask the desk to find them for me to move... the staff are nice. There should also be amenities on hand for deliveries such as a transition for the drive up units to use since there is a 1 inch or so rise from the parking lot.

I live in Langley but I was also their customer when I was residing in Aldergrove. They go above and beyond to make sure your stuff in the storage is safe. I had gone out of country when they found out that I did not lock my storage unit properly. They were regularly in touch with emails about the next step. I have so many good things to talk about it. The storage is just a storage but the staff is awesome. Very polite and knowledgeable. Ever ready to answer your questions. They make you feel welcomed. I had called other storage places,did not get any good response. But trust me Pockit storage at Aldergrove, and the staff is exceptional.

We are so impressed and happy with Pockit Self Storage! Staff are helpful, friendly and incredible. Storage lockers are clean, well lit and well secured. They will even do shredding at a small cost.

We just rented a storage unit here and were very pleased with the price, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the unit we rented.
