Ordered a unit online and received a call from Meghan within the hour, even though it was a weekend day. She helped me set up the storage unit rental over the phone. On Monday Alex welcomed us at the facility and immediately made us feel welcome. We completed the necessary paperwork, and he then gave us a tour of the facility and showed us how to access our unit. A very professional and friendly team.

When I first registered online, I received two calls from different representatives, each providing conflicting instructions about signing up and terminating the contract, which left me a bit confused. However, a third call from Alex, the storage manager, cleared everything up — he was incredibly helpful and explained everything thoroughly. When I arrived at the facility, I was just five minutes before closing. I hadn’t realized the office hours were different from what was listed online (which I later learned was for the call center). Despite this, Alex greeted me warmly and didn’t rush me at all. He was patient, friendly, and took the time to go over all the important details, show me my storage unit, and ensure I had everything I needed. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience!

The Manager, Alex, is a true professional. He’s very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had and gave us a deal that was unbeatable. The storage is very clean and bright and I was very comfortable signing up for a 10X10 Unit

Ten ⭐️’s Amazing experience!! .. • Attentive listening ~ helping me find a solution for storing furniture items from a friend mother’s home of 30 yrs. Both Clarissa (Assistant manager) and Derek (store manager) were so helpful patient and kind. I highly recommend that you experience the compassionate staff at this location for Sentinal Storage on Schoolhouse St. ~ Near IKEA in Coquitlam
