When I first registered online, I received two calls from different representatives, each providing conflicting instructions about signing up and terminating the contract, which left me a bit confused. However, a third call from Alex, the storage manager, cleared everything up — he was incredibly helpful and explained everything thoroughly. When I arrived at the facility, I was just five minutes before closing. I hadn’t realized the office hours were different from what was listed online (which I later learned was for the call center). Despite this, Alex greeted me warmly and didn’t rush me at all. He was patient, friendly, and took the time to go over all the important details, show me my storage unit, and ensure I had everything I needed. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience!

The Lighthouse

Alex has been a god sent. I was a bit stressed from the move out of the country for the winter. The locker that I had gotten seemed small and I was so grateful he sent a picture as I would have been stranded if I had come in after hours and not fit my things before my flight. Alex is an exemplary of Amazing management, customer service and just truly helpful human being. He sent me up so well, gave me lots of options and sent me all the change of paperwork. I finally got to posting a review. Thank you Alex, I will be forever grateful!!!

Thank you, VARUN! He helped me out at this location. I've never had storage unit before and he took the time to explain everything to me, let me try out the keypad and gave me a tutorial on locking/unlocking the unit. Went absolutely above and beyond for me. Sentinel in general made my move so much less of a headache. The space is clean and lots of cameras for added security. I feel very safe and secure there.

This storage company and facility made my life very easy with it Manager Alex explaining everything and understanding my needs. I was amazed at the facility cleanliness and if Alex wasn't helping a customer in the office, he was cleaning or assisting a customer with their purchases to the car. Being dedicated to customer service, professional attitude and easy access at any time to your locker with great security was a plus. I would recommend this location for anyone's storage requirements.

Alex, was extremely professional and explained clearly and with mastery of the subject. I recommend that you look for Alex at the Port Mood store. Fit like an old shoes, Sentinel Storage, special thanks to Alex.
