I had a fantastic experience with Sentinel Storage at the Barnett location! Arash, the store manager, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. He made everything easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend this location and Arash!

If storage units had VIP service, Jackie would be running the show. From day one, Jackie made the whole process effortless and had me covered every step of the way. She set me up with a promotional deal that honestly sounded too good to be true—but to my surprise, it was exactly as advertised. No gimmicks, no surprises, just great value. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully laid out, making it quick and easy to access your unit without the usual storage-unit maze experience. If you're looking for a storage facility with excellent customer service, fair pricing, and a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend this place. Jackie is a rock star!
